When the opportunity came along to coach a team, which includes my daughter, I jumped at the chance. The growth in girl's and women's football is immense and I'm delighted to be a part of encouraging girls to play the beautiful game. Our philosophy is fun, inclusion, continuous improvement and teamwork.
